a male aged 29 has difficulty in walking specially he can not walk on toes, his hip protrudes out and feels pain in L4-5 region. went to DMC ludhiana tests reveal grade 1 spondylolisthesis at L5-S1.. urine normal. sgot223 and sgpt 268 esr is 6. then he revealed his family h/o muscular dystrophy and tests done were creatine kinase which is 14022 against normal 171 and lactate dehydrogenase is 687 against nornalm 248.. all other parameters and systems are normal . suggest treatment .......
