a boy aged 20 got measles about 6 months ago. later all his skin got rough and still later it turned black in patches and scales take off. skin is very rough and patient feels no itching but extremly hot so much so that at times he pours cold water on his clothing to counter this feeling of hot flushes. suggest diagnosis and treatment. ....
