H/O-Male pt Age-22 yrs,C/O- Since 04 yrs.
1) in 10th Class left School,saying that I shall nt pass,I shall get less percentage.Passed with 70% marks.
2) Then started complaining that some voices He hears bad words,various sounds(Auditory Hallucinations),Insomnia.
3) While studying He use to sit steady,stares still,Whispers & Laughs alone.
4) Do nt Concentrate on Studies or any Intellectual Functions.
5) While doing any work or Physical Activity actions are lengthy.
6) Mild General Weakness.
Family well Literated,Calm.do not put Pressure on him for anything.
