a male aged 32 is suffering from hiatus hernia from last 3/4 years. his chief complaints are burning in epigastric region a feeling of blockade in stomach. improper belching slow eructations. proper evacuation gives some relief and condition is worse when constipated. feels shrinkung of passage as food gives feeling as it does not move down. h/o cured hodkins disease is there and patient is hypothyroid also smokes 2 cig. daily suggest.....
