a patient aged 57 c/o numbness all over body
unable to walk
slurring of speech
shrunkning of abdominal organs
o/e touch sensation decreased more on left side
exaggarated reflexes of lt. side
Plantar normal
Power gr 3
h/o viral fever 10 days back
pt. attendant told that one night he slept on floor wdout cushion & from next days these symptoms started.
No h/o dm or HTN
Fatty costitution
feeble pulse
Temp normal
bowel constipated
