I wanted to discuss with all of you about a most bizarre and weirdest case I have probably come across in my entire practice. Please read carefully and give your valuable opinion.
An educated young lady patient (married, 1 kid) came to my Ano rectal clinic with the c/o pain and bleeding while defecation with a mild serous discharge. Examined her and came to a conclusion that she might be suffering from acute fissure in ano and most probable cause for that might be constipation. Explained her condition and gave medicines. She came after 4 weeks and said “I’m ok.” So I gave her medicines for 2 more weeks. .....
