GENERALISED ANASARCA

a lady aged 47 suffered from oedema feet and legs 2 years ago with acute tenderness in abdomen. all her tests were conducted at escorts and nothing was detected. punarnava arisht and viranga arisht was given for 2 months and she was cured. later in whole body check up at apollo last year ca, breast was detected in very early stage. selective surgery was done and later radiotherapy completed the treatment six months back. from last fifteen days there is recurrance of abdominal tenderness and oedema feet legs and thighs. she is non hypertensive and non diabetic. h/o acute headache due to glaucoma is there in past. no such attack from last 2 years. .....
