a male 20 year old is suffering from autism with epileptic fits. he is on epibal 600 mg and tab tagretol even then the fits continue. doctors advice to increase the dose of epibol to 1200mg. earlier i sent this patient to arya vaidya sala kotakal and treatment from there was continued for more than a year to no benefit. he was given lot of gold compounds saraswat and brahmi vach compounds etc. then they tried baba ramdev's treatment almost on same lines i also adeed massage on frontal region with roggan kaddu and rogan khashkhas as dhara was not possible due to hyperactivity of the patient. lately i advised them cap bravabol with saraswat arisht. while having this he suffered at other fit. suggest whether his dose should be increased or is there any ayurvedic treatment for his support. a similar case who is not epileptic is showing improvement with brahmi vati swarn yukat but how to manage epilepsy with non cooperative hyperactive patient.....
