a lady aged 50 is severly allergic to dust which causes dyponea. she is also suffering from slight depressive psychosis due to family mishaps. she is having cough with expectoration which is not of permanent nature but when ever an episode comes it leaves her dysponic. breathing problem while at rest also positive. no wheezing is heard. dull percussion in lt. lower lung.hypertension is 160/110. h/o previous cardiac ailment is also positive. distension positive. she is on steriods and other allopathic drugs from last 3 years. suggest....
