I need suggestions for the following case,
-9 MONTHS old FEMALE child,
-h/o- 6 months ago ( at the age of 3 months) she was suffered from Pneumonia (which later resolved by allopathic treat.).
-During the illness from the investigations ( like lab. test, x-ray, CT Scan) there were accidental findings of CONGENITAL BRONCHOGENIC CYST ( covering the entire upper lobe of the right lung) & ANEMIA (Hb- 5.9). ......
