BURNIING MICTURATION

a lady patient aged 35 came with complaint of burning micturation from last 5 years. her version is that at time of CS catherter was introduced which caused irritation. H/ o Leucorrhoea is positive from last 15 years discharges are thick greasy and which result occassionally in lower abdominal pain.US reveals Bulky uterus and 1-2 pus cells are present in urine non diabetic.had 3 CS operations and in one it became impossible to insert catheter and the procedure was done with local anesthesia. periods come on due date but remain for 7/8 days and bleeding is more than normal.once blood started coming every time with urge to urinate and local lady doctor examined and told her that the area is ulcerated and blood is not of mensturation .......
