Patient is 26yrs old, she is suffering from this problem since birth as this is geneticaly transmitted to her from her mother (she is thalassemia minor),she use to have pain in body,low immunity,tiredness, insomnia/disturbed sleep,

SERUM FERRITIN - 36 
( normal limit is 70-110)
