some common things regarding amlapitta from both sciences-
This is my perception,there may be some mistakes,pls correct me……
1)Hyper acidity and its treatment-
Normal gastric acid production-
Food,gastric stimulation - release of gastrin fron G cells - gastrin binds with ECL cells and releases histamine - histamine binds with H2 receptors on parietal cells – it secretes H+ and diffuses CL-.(HCl )
(as we know functions of HCl –dahana,pachana,darana.i.e.of tej mahabhut.)
To control hyper secretion of HCl allopathy uses 3 types of medicines mainly-
1)antacids and alginates-form protective mucosal raft.(pruthvi –aap pradhan kalpa) .......
