as all we have discussed abut acne vulgaris.number of doctors are using rakta sodhak chikitsha in it.
as acne is a kshudra roga it is described in short.but all the acharyas has described yaovan pidika as vyadhi of kapha and vayu.and all we are doing is pitta samak chikitsa."pakam pittad drute nasti"means there is no inflamation without pittam.but as the kafa is described as a key factor of causing acne we shoud keep kafa in mind while treating acne.
according to allopathy at the age of 14 to 23 ,in the body of every human being sex hormones starts to accumulate in more quantity.the same hormone namely testosterone is nessesary for secondary sex charactaristics.but the testosterone has a role on sebaceus gland of body.in the presence of testosterone sebaceus glands makes more oil.and fully filled sebaceus gland with sebum is prone to infection.they gets infacted and acne takes place.this is the etiology of acne vulgaris.
