A male aged 45 years diagnosed to suffer from Dengue fever under the care of Allopathic medication (Penicillin inj.) met me after seven days of manifestation of dengue, with a c/o petechiae (tiny pinpoint blood red spots under the surface of the skin) and ecchymoses (purplish blotches of bleeding under the skin).
