DIABETIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

Male Patient aged 70 yrs. Having Type -II DM with fair control ( Hb 1 Ac between 6.5 and 7.6 since 10 yrs. Now having peripheral neuropathy in both foot ( confirmed by decreased nerve conduction study and clinical loss of sensation in the involved dermatome) The Doppler of lower legs also shows blockage and decreased blood flow in arteries and as a result feeling of coldness in both feet by the patient generally but burnng sensation off and on now as the neuropathy is increasing . (his earlier symptom was the feeling of walking on a cushion). Taking methycobalamine , omega three fatty acids and oral hypoglycemics. He is willing to start now ayurvedic treatment along side. His creatinine is slightly high 1.4 mg/dl.Blood urea is normal. blood pressure is 130/ 80 .Please suggest remedies for neuropathy in this case......
