CYSTOCELE

a lady 65 years old is suffering from acute pain in lower abdomen at the time of micturation with huge burning sensation. continous urge and pain is felt from last three years. there is no pus in her urine. no DM and non hypertensive. there is a small renal calculus in left kidney. O/E abdomen is non tender. she has been diagnosed as a case of cystocele. what help can we extend......
