DYSURIA

a female patient aged 65 is facing acute pain before during and after urination. takes long to urinate and many a time after coming out from bath room urge starts again and has to go for urination with same agony of pain. pain in suprapubic region also positive. she has to go even 100 times to urinate in a day. complaints from last 3 years.no fever etc. appetite normal motion normal.the only positive finding in theses three years was a small renal calculus which stands cured.....
