i was searching for this case which i thought i posted before too. but i didnt ,socould not find. anyway this is about a black lady 38 years old, met with a car accident 5 years back and broke her cervical bone. no obs history or any other complaint till now .she was admitted here for uterine fibroma which was removed successfully. apart from that there is no significant history or compalint.she is pitta kapha.
she was paralysed below neck after accident and whatever conventional treatment has to be done,she had that time along with physiotherapy.now she has very lil strength in her hands she can lift arms but cant hold tight she feel urine and stoolsurge but cant control. her legs are mainly numb and she is not able to lift them. she cant stand or sit without support. though this is an old case now but still i treated her for very short span of 7 days. i gave her mashpind swednam along with ksheer bala matra basti.
it is almost one month now and she is on medications along with physiotherapy. .......
