a female pt aged 42yrs with oedema face and ft with fibromyalgia (generalised)hb 8 gms%,s.uric acid 4.6,ra -ve,esr 64, wt 64 kg ht 5.3,with a h/o hypothyroidism 1 yr back back treated with thyronorm 75mg now tapered off and h/o endometriosis 3yrs back but that too treated successfully at the moment u/s is ok..TSH 4.07 latest value..urine exam shows rare pus cells but previously treated with allopathic medicine...parkirti-kafaj....advise ayurvedic medicine...
