a male child of 7 yrs age has abnormal gait and delayed mile stone. he started sitting at the age of 2nd half yrs, walking at 3 yrs. his ct scan report reveal reduced volume of the parieto occipital periventricular white matter bilarerally with irregular contur and focal dilation of the artria of both lateral ventricle. features are in favour of hypoic ischaemic encephelopathy.they have tried all allopathic medicines but of no use.
