a warm hello to all of you,,,this time i want your valuable suggestions in the case of 35 yr old lady who is non diabetic and suffering from excessive roughness in sole and palm,,even she has ulcers in her soles,she takes very less amount of snigdha aana pana,,so i suggesterd her to take more,,and advised her to take khadirarishta,jatyadi tail for local application,,should i add something more?i need your advise thanks.......
