please let me know your views about swarnaprashana. usually it is advised during jatakarma. the quirey came freom one of my pt, since some dr is giving it on pushya nakshatra of every month , duration 1 yr, age limit is 1-16 yrs, claiming that it increases bhi smriti, buddi , immunity etc.
is it recommended only during childhood or upto 16 yrs? any reference please,,,,
