SARCOIDOSIS

Female patient aged 41 yrs K/C/o of Sarcoidosis since 8 yrs.she had an H/o Meningitis -1 yr back.Presently she feels breathlessness& Giddiness.There is No H/o DM/HTN.she is presently taking Nebulization twice a day.Her Bowels are Regular.Her MC is also regular(since 6 months).Her Weight is 68.8 Kg and her face appeared as moon face....
