PROPHYLACTIC TREATMENT

A 59 yrs old male, underwent his Routine Health checkup- found- GB stone, Rt ICA 30% stenosis, mild LVH. He had H/O HTN on Aten 50 OD,also he is a alcoholic,drinks almost daily (about 90ml). His wt- 91kg. What T/T & advice should be given. kindly give your opinions. Thank U all!......
