The patient is 45 yrs male , 177 cms height , 47 kgs weight ,has turned into skeleton, severe muscle wasting, legs have turned completely black, on and off swelling in wrists and legs, loose stools , fever , loss of appetite , ankle stiffness , feels thighs and lower limbs heavy like stone . B P is 110/70 mm hg , stool and urine examination are normal , RBC count is high , On walking for a small distance feels breathless , extreme fatigue , unclear speech . chronicity of sickness is 6 years. started with severe acute back ache . Have taken all allopathic treatments with steroids , pain killers , antibiotics etc , no improvement . in between pt had bleeding in gums even on gargling but now controlled with pranayama as per pts words . please help doctors , i want to restore his Patients faith in Ayurveda....
