a symptomless patient came to know about that he is hep B positive.his age is 58 yrs.clinically has no any complaint of appetite loss.no h/o jaundice.
already he is on cap ural BPH 1 od
cap stresscom 1 od
tab bangshil 2 od
tab fortege 2 od (because he is having prostomegaly gd 1)
his HBV-DNA quantitative done to check up his viral load and that was 42283 IU/ml.. can u guide me about proagnosis of patient?and medicine advise if any!
