a case come to me having h/o fever with chills since 10 days was admitted to hospital found to have 1000 /cu mm platelet count with 1000 wbc and 1.5 miliion/cumm rbc repors s/o bone marrow supression.
patient is diagnosed as a a case of aplastic anaemia........
