dear sir / madam,
a middle aged man about 55 years suffering from chronic renal failure. his blood urea and serum creatine levels are as follows :
14 Feb 69 and 6.1
16 Mar 79 and 7
17 apr 85 and 7.7
22 may 83 and 7.8.
patient has been on dialysis twice in a week. it is a known case of IDDM and HTN.
kindly suggest me the best line of treatment in this case.
