a female pt aged 42yrs diagnosed fibroid uterus ultrasonography on 22-6-09-
uterus size-10.18cm shows hyperechoic mass lesion at fundal anterior wall of uterus ,size about 3.97x2.97cm.
on 21-8-09 ultrasonography report shows-
uterus-9.99x5.30cm shows hyperechoic mass lesion at fundal anterior part ,size about 4.24x2.50cm
now on 07-10-09 report shows-
uterus enlarged with normal shape ,multiple hyperoechoic masses of 1-2cm are seen in body of uterus ,
uterine size-11cmx6.2cmx5cm
lt ovary enlarged in size containing anechoic mass of3.2x3cm impression enlarged uterus with leiomyomas with lt ovarian cyst......
