ANARTAVA

20 year old girl, suffering from anartava ( menses once in 3/4 months). she is treated with anartav har yoga mentioned in grantha. also cosidering "krumi" as a hetu treated, got some results. after few months she again faced same problem. so usg done. findings r suggestive of PCOD. For that hetu, i treated her with panchkarma and shaman chikitsa. next usg's findings are NAD. Then after few months again anartava appears. usg shows PCOD again. So I want to know what will be causes of recurrent PCOD. and i want way of thinking about this patient. I DON'T WANT THE FORMULATIONS BUT WANT THINKING for THE TREATMENT i.e. what hetus should be rule out, what doshas r included, which dhatu should be considered etc. Waiting for reply......
