thanks for all your enthusiastic responses so far. i would like to know all your opinions about 2 of my cases having more or less same problem.
a 34 yrs male international airline pilot healthy weight nutrition and exercise level.is suffering from pain epigastrium more when on board for days stress is also a factor. this person was already on conventional treatment without any relief. pain is his main concern without any history of stomach upsets constipations.endoscopy shows scratches. till now all pittahar med is not working on pain. same is with another marketing guy. his endoscopy shows same but he was also suffering with reflux laryngitis though this is better now but not the pain. i afraid all kashayams and virechna these patients wont be accepting.i have already tried leela vilas, sootshekhar kamdugdha mukta avipatikar and other med for stress. mild persisting epigastrium pain is my concern. .....
