a male aged 40 year with bulky body weigght 110 kg.height 5.6 faced a fainting attack when he was 20 years old. he was thoroughly examined and was put on anti epilepsy drugs. theses worked for some time but then his anger shoots up without reason and he resorts to fight and causing damage to household articles in episodic nature for an hour or two and then forgets what he did. He was taken to appolo hospital delhi where he was again investigated and diagnosed as temporal lobe epilepsy. Doses were increased and drugs added which controlled for a year but his weight gain and bulky body increased in proportion. even these drugs failed to act about a month ago and he had another attack of anger and epilepsy.
