i have got one 75 yrs male patient who is suffering from mnd (motar neuron disease)since last 6 yrs and now since 2 3 months he is suffering from trmondous bodyache

it started gradually fst with left leg then left hand then rt leg and hand now there is no movement in body since last 1 yrs sensation is good apetite is good memory is good
family members are good they change his position frequently bcz of that he never developed bed sore
patient is not ready to take panchkarma bcz of practical pblms

plz advice line of treatment for his pain pain is always there so change in postion is very frequent u can say ev ery 5 min .......
