Dear friends,
First of all congratulations to all and to the Indian Cricket team for winning the world cup again after 28 years...since last two weeks I was predicting and saying this from time to time since the quarterfinals (India -sri lanka final and eventually winning the trophy by us)....Hope all of you might have enjoyed the cricket world cup final yesterday. Fighting spirit should always be there in all of us irrespective of any sport or any profession...victory and defeat is a part and parcel of our lives.
Coming to the point... I posted one case study regarding a newer technique in treating complicated fistulae in the month of October (NEW & SIMPLE TECHNIQUE FOR COMPLICATED FISTULAE on Wednesday, October 20, 2010) and tried to explain that this technique will take lesser time in comparison to the old usual (classical) kshar-sutra Treatment. There I showed some photographs of the fistula with openings at 5 and 7 ‘o’ clock with internal opening at 6 ‘O’ clock position and shape of the fistula was of inverted ‘V’ shape......
