Unfortunately on 17 th may night, my mother got an accident in which her right foot was crushed under bus tyre and she got fractures in 3 metatarsals and crushing of the tissues occured with a lot of bleeding.though she was taken immediately to hospital and stitches were given and temporary plaster has been done.antibiotics were also given with other medications.as i am in bangalore and she is in haryana i dont have all the information. today dressing was changed and a lot of accumulates were removed by squeezing. sir, i want your guidance about what care should be taken so that no complication occur and wound heals faster..and what should not be ignored for the best results and what are the earliest signs indicating to any severe situation..please tell me sir if you can help in this matter......
