LONG STANDING ANAEMIA - CALLING FOR AYURVEDIC HELP

Dear Doctors, 
A patient (F/34) presenting symptoms of giddiness, weakness, hypotension (BP- 90/60). She falls down with giddiness at lest once a day, especially in summer season. 
Her Hb- 9.2 gm% (or less than that) since 1992 (After her second delivery. It was LSCS, with moderate bleeding). 
She took haematinics (oral or injectables) and gets temporary relief (Hb never goes above 10)
O/E- Pallor +++, no oedema, Temp – Subnormal, Tongue- coated
M/H – Regular, normal. 
She doesn’t like Madhur rasa and always prefers too much ‘katu rasa’ in diet. 
In family history – Mother (55 yrs) having uncontrolled diabetes (BS – 400+), Elder son (20 yrs)–wilson’s disease.
Prakruti- Kapha vata 
Treatment I’ve started – (Since 10 days)
Mahalaxmivilas rasa – 1-1-1
Makardhwaj rasa – 1-0-1
Punarnawa mandur – 1-0-1......
