MICROADENOMA PITUITARY

A female aged 36 years attended in OPD complaining Dysmenorrhea, Constipation and Heaviness in abdomen. She had 2 FTNVD youngest child is of twelve years, No abortions/miscarriages in her obstetric history. At the time of examination she was afebrile, well oriented and fully conscious . Her Pulse, BP, and respiratory rate were under normal range. Chest clinically clear, Abdomen appears normal on inspection and no organomegaly found on palpation. P/V examination not done as patient was not willing. USG abdomen revealed bilateral poly-cystic ovaries. She was started with conventional treatment for PCOD. Four days later she complaint Painful Breasts and oozing of milk. Her hormone essay disclosed elevated level of FSH, LH and Prolactin hormones. Her MRI head clarified presence of microadenoma pituitary......
