A female patient aged 28 years is suffering from acne on her face since last 15 years or so. The phases of acne have been on and off. There are scars also on her face. The more serious problem is on cheeks, chin and forehead. I started her treatment about 8 months back and at present, she is at Khadirarishta, Kaishore guggulu, Haridrakhand, steam with eladi churnam.
Since last 8 months, I have also given him sarivadasava and kumkumadi lepam in on and off phases. The acne problem has been on and off at times. Sometimes it feels, the problem is going down and other times, new acne keeps on coming up.
