my uterus size is143 x56x69 mm. right adnexal region shows an echogenic mass of size 30x26 mm. right ovary could not be separately imaged.two years before my uterus size is 115x45x80 mm & dermoid cyst size is4x3 cm.it was removed by colpotomy with the help of laparoscope .again dermoid cyst has formed now.i dont want another surgery. already had 5 surgeries so pleasesuggest the diet should follow & medicines also......
