there were some queries regarding registration of clinics some week back. now it is going to be mandatory for all clinical establishments including single doctor clinic.
this happens on 3rd of august when rajya sabha passes the ‘clinical establishments (registration and regulation) bill 2010. loka sabha already passed the bill, thus it become a law now.
i want to highlight the motto behind this bill and some burning questions and suggestion regarding ayurveda component of this bill.
the main objective of the new statute is to bring some uniformity in the healthcare delivery by making the registration of all clinical establishments mandatory and prescribing enhanced penalty for the defaulters......
