I would like to know about any specific instructions to be given to the patient taking guggul.
What I feel is that it should not be given empty stomach and also not immediately after food. Should be given atleast one hour after the food but the patient finds it difficult to do so.
Also, for how long should it be given. I feel two months minimum.
