I came across a case of young boy 19 yrs old, having good built body, 5-10 height, with normal sharp features of a male, normal voice, around 75 kg, having all normal secondary sexual characters, with good hair growth on the body but having large breast size almost equal to the size of a normal 16-18 yrs female.
He can not wear tight clothing because it is shown clearly and in loose t shirts the breasts are seen vibrating or moving.
This is causing depressive or negative thinking in his mind, I want to help him,, please guide…….
