female 30 years moderate built married since 4 years come to us with chief complaint of infertility . her harmone profile is normal but scan shows pcos both side with hypervolume of 13ml and 14 ml. in previus medication she has taken oc pills with metformin and antiandrogen pills with hyponid. we start the patient with kacnnar guggul, aloe compound, kumariasav/ ashoka arisht and raj pravartini vati for three months after three months the size of ovaries decrease to 10ml and 11 ml. nw pls kindly suggest what treart will work .to resolve her pcos. or shall we go for hyper ovulation directly. if any treart can resolve pcos than pls guide us with ur practical experience thanks ...
