A patient aged 44years, Occupation farmer having a non healing ulcer on the left lower side of leg just few inches above the left malleolus gradually increasing for the last 3-4 years. The granulation is not proper with serous discharge and smell, itching, slight pain. The clinical examination for DVT was negative and also the arterial pulses are also normal. No History of TB, Hypertension.
Can anyone suggest me what could be possibe diagnose and its treatment?...
