Rasaoushadhis play an important role in the ayurvedic treatments. But sometimes I am confused about the safety of these type of medicines.
Although I have been using medicines like rasa sindoor and rasa manikya even in children very often, dr dornala in one of its replies to one case warned us not to use rasa maniky in children below 10.....
