O/E Systemic Examination --WNL , Multiple lymph nodes in cervical region , One of them is ulcerated . B.P.-124/80 ,Temp.99.2 0 F, P.R. 90/m ,weight 61 kg , Height 155 cm , Pallor + ,
Investigations - Hb10.6 gm ,TLC 9000 ,Poly 65% ,Lympho 30% ,Eosino 05% ,ESR -46 ,B Sugar (F) 97
Mantoux Test – Positive.....
