TREATMENT ON AMAVAT

A patient age २३ years c /o all joint pain with swelling.and also h/o constipation since 4 years.his RA test was positive.and stared treatment accordingly of RA and constipation BUT CANT GET RELIFE for constipation used erand tail,triphala churna,koshna jal,milk etc still not get relief.so post me any other drugs and diet....
