Dear Panel members, please enlighten me regarding the following case.
A lady aged 68 years has a H/O,
Increased frequency of urination (20 to 30 times in a day, specifically 10 times at night)since1 year.Lower abdominal pain- in the region of bladder since 3 months;
Dysuria - since 3 months associated विथ.
Expulsion of pieces of slough (mamsa pinda) since 3 months. At the time of expulsion of the mamsa pinda she experiences immense pain & burning sensation. The size of the slough is gradually increasing in its size.(As per the words of the patient, previously it was easy for her to make the slough tissue to pass through the sieves present in her toilet. But since 15 days it is not an easy task for her to do so. It seems she has to cut or smash the tissue to make it pass out easily through that sieve in her toilet).
Also c/o sa rakta mootra since 3 months.
Her appetite is moderate.....
