Wish to know how 1 pala of leha can be used for patients and how to administer.Patients of mrudu koshta and even madhyamakoshta complaints of frequent bowel evacuatuion on use of 5-10 gms of confectinaries like Vasa avalehya or Agastya haritaki.
The gm equivqlent of 1pala is said as around 48gms.
Factors supporting the theory or controversies regarding this and the minimum& maximum dose of avaleha being administered are welcome.
